Durham and Northumberland Centres of the Caravan Club on behalf of the Northern Region have the pleasure of inviting all members of the caravan Club to join us at Kirkley Hall Campus, Ponteland, Newcastle, NE20 0AQ for the 10th Annual Question Time of the Northern Region.
Question Time will take place on Saturday 14th April 2012 commencing at 2pm. This is your chance to ask questions of a panel who will represent The Caravan Club, Caravan dealers, Repair Agents and anything else that is caravan related. A buffet will be provided after the forum, for those attending.
The rally will be on hard standing and will open at 2pm on Tuesday 10th April and will run until 3pm on Sunday 15th April. The site is ideal for visiting Newcastle, The Metro Centre and the beautiful Northumberland & Durham coast & countryside. There will be a social organised in the main hall on Saturday evening with supper at £2 per ticket, please bring your own cutlery, cups, glasses and liquid refreshment.
Directions:
From A1, take the A696 signpost Jedburgh and Airport. Continue past Airport into Ponteland and at roundabout turn right into Campus. Follow blue & white CC signs in Campus.
Rally Fee: £18.00 for 2 nights, £9.00 for each additional night.
The 16th Annual General Meeting of the Northern Region of The Caravan Club will be held on Sunday 2nd December 2012 at The Hub @ Village Hotel, South Leeds, LS27 0TS
The meeting will commence at 11am
Coffee & biscuits will be served prior to the Meeting.
Notice of motions signed by the Proposer and Seconder (including membership number) must be in the hands of the Region Secretary not less than 3 calendar months before the Annual General Meeting.
Nominations for office must be signed by the Nominee, Proposer, Seconder (including membership number) and in the hands of the Regional Secretary not less than 28 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
This meeting is open to all Caravan Club Members.
