Since it's formation the Northern Centres Rally has been organised by a committee of rallying members formed from the 11 Centres in the North of England.

'This is truly a Ralliers Rally'.

The Rally Committee is made up of 2 representatives from each Centre plus a number of Specialists (also ralliers from one of the Centres) and is headed by a Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Rally Officer, all ralliers. The Chairman and Rally Officer are usually from the the Host Centre, each year one of the Centre's takes it's turn to host the Rally at a suitable venue.
